Patti Beaulier

Patti Beaulier has had extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Patti started their career as a Real Estate Sales Associate at ERA in 1993 and went on to work for Coldwell Banker and Remax before becoming CEO and Broker at Realty Partners Inc. in 2005. In 2006, they also became a Real Estate Franchise owner at Century 21. Patti later founded PB Builders, a custom luxury home construction company, in 1998. Patti Beaulier's most recent roles include being a Century 21 Real Estate Broker and Owner in various locations and President of Century 21 Realty Partners Commercial.

Patti Beaulier has a diverse education history in the field of real estate. From 2001 to 2012, they attended Lone Star College, where they pursued a degree in Real Estate. Prior to that, from 1991 to 2011, they studied at the Champion School of Real Estate, specializing in Real Estate Brokerage. Additionally, from 1990 to 1992, they enrolled at Houston Community College to further their education in the field of Real Estate.

In addition to their formal education, Patti has obtained several certifications to enhance their expertise in the real estate industry. These certifications include Accredited Buyer Representative (REBAC), CIPS Certified International Property Specialist (National Association of REALTORS®), CNAS Cartus Network Affiliate Specialist (Cartus Relocation), CRS Certified Residential Specialist (National Association of Realtors), GRI Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (National Association of Realtors), Global Mobility Specialist (GMS®) designation (Worldwide ERC®), and Real Estate Broker (Texas Association of Realtors).
