Arend Accola has years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. Currently serving as the President/Managing Broker at Altos Realty Advisors, Inc., Arend oversees a portfolio of over 2500 units in various markets. In addition, Arend is a Principal at Vision Design Build, LLC, aiming to improve the construction process by bridging the gap between contractors, builders, and designers. As a Partner at Compass Equity Partners, Arend focuses on identifying value-add opportunities in the San Francisco Bay and Denver Metro Areas. Arend holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
