Matt Hornaday

Matt Hornaday is a seasoned real estate advisor with extensive experience in the real estate industry, currently advising clients at Hornaday Realty Group and Hornaday RE Group while also serving as a licensed realtor at Stein|Posner Real Estate. Prior to real estate, Matt held significant roles in inventory and demand planning at Office Depot and Best Buy, where notable responsibilities included managing multi-million dollar categories and leading initiatives that resulted in substantial inventory reductions. Matt began a career in purchasing during an internship at Aisin World Corp. and demonstrated early leadership skills as a building supervisor at the University of Michigan. Academically, Matt Hornaday holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
