With a background in the US Army as a CID Federal Special Agent and Deputy Sheriff in the Sheriff Department, as well as experience in the Air Defense and as Head of Basketball Operations at Open Court Sports Complex, Art is a versatile professional with a diverse skill set. Additionally, Art holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
