Colin Farmer has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Colin began their career in 1995 at PHH Relocation as a Business Development Associate, where they focused on promoting the sale of corporate relocation services. Colin then joined AT&T in 1997 and held various sales and management roles, including Strategic Account Manager and Sales Manager.
In 2004, Colin transitioned to the field of journalism, working as a Sports Journalist for The Observer and later as a Freelance Journalist for The Chronicle. In 2005, they joined FocusVision as a Senior Account Director, responsible for account management and sales of market research video technologies.
Colin joined Cartus in 2007 as a Regional Director, where they likely gained experience in the real estate industry. In 2013, they moved to CENTURY 21® as the Vice President of Global Business Development, focusing on driving brand growth and revenue through franchise sales and operator expansion. Over the years, they held several leadership roles within CENTURY 21®, including Vice President of Business Momentum and currently as Vice President of International Operations & Referral Programs.
Throughout their career, Colin has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, account management, and leadership.
Colin Farmer has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, which they obtained from Sacred Heart University from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics at the University of Connecticut from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their academic qualifications, Colin also holds a certification as a Real Estate Salesperson, obtained from the CONSUMER PROTECTION, CONNECTICUT DEPARTMENT OF in May 2022.
