Kristen Pearless serves as the Managing Regional Vice President at CENTURY 21® since April 2022, leading the CENTURY 21 West team and focusing on business growth, brand presence, and agent productivity. Kristen has a robust background in real estate and sales, previously holding the position of Vice President of Sales & Operations at Milestones Labs, where business processes and customer engagement were optimized, and serving as National Account Specialist and Key Accounts Manager at Homes.com, managing high-value client relationships and driving revenue growth. Additionally, Kristen played a significant role in sales and business development for a senior living community at Provision Living Senior Communities and held positions in strategic alliances at Move, Inc. Kristen's early career includes experience in Broadcast Media as an Account Executive. Kristen holds two MBA degrees in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from Baker College.
