Maria Caivano

Maria Caivano has a strong background in the real estate industry, with their most recent role being the Director of Agent Development & Operations at CENTURY 21®. Prior to that, they worked as a Growth Consultant at the same company. In 2023, they also briefly served as the Director of Agent Development and Operations at Century 21 Thomson & Co. and as a Franchise Performance Consultant at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. Maria began their career at Weichert Realtors in 2005 as a Sales Representative, specializing in the Eastern Morris County area and working with first-time home buyers. Maria held this position for over 13 years before moving on to their current roles.

Maria Caivano obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Seton Hall University from 1983 to 1987. Maria later pursued a Master of Arts in Teaching from Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1989 to 1991.
