Russell Bautista

Russell Bautista has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Russell started their career at Mentors International in 2021, working as a Digital Marketing Professor and Content Manager. In 2022, they joined Hosanna and took on roles such as Telesales, Organic Campaigns Data Analyst, and Content Manager. In the same year, they also worked at PCS International Limited as a Community Management Professor and Digital Marketing Professor. In 2022, they joined McCann Worldgroup and worked as a Media Planner, Project Manager, and Advertising Data Analyst. Currently, they are the Marketing Director at CENTURY 21® in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, where they are responsible for developing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.

Russell Bautista completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UNIR México from 2023 to 2025. Prior to that, in 2022, they attended ENFOPE – Colegio de Economistas del Perú for a business intelligence program. Russell also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Universidad Americana (UAM) between 2017 and 2021. In 2021, they completed a course in strategic marketing and sales management at UAM. Additionally, in 2017, they took a course in strategic digital marketing at American College.
