Carlos Braga

Carlos Braga has extensive experience in automation and process control systems, currently serving at Century Aluminum since May 2022. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of IT & Automation Systems, Process Control Systems & Telephony Superintendent at Alcoa Inc from 2013 to May 2022, where responsibilities included serving as the Site IPS Leader and providing System Support for Intalco. From July 1989 to September 2013, Carlos worked as an IPS Consultant at ALCOA/ALUMAR, offering global support for the development and maintenance of Service Delivery Group systems across various locations. Academically, Carlos holds a Master's degree in Automation and Control Engineering from Universidade Federal do Maranhao (2005-2008), a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidade Estadual do Maranhao (1998-2001), and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Maranhao (1992-1997).
