Christopher Kubitz

Christopher Kubitz is an experienced maintenance supervisor currently employed at Century Aluminum since March 2024. Prior to this, Christopher worked as a maintenance technician with Leadec, supporting Boeing. With a robust background in the US Navy from February 2008 to September 2023, Christopher served in various roles, including instructor, RC LCPO, radiological technician, and RC LPO, overseeing training, maintenance, and operational safety for teams and junior enlisted personnel. Additionally, Christopher has managerial experience from serving as a general manager at Papa John's Pizza, where leadership and strategic planning contributed to improved client experiences and revenue. Christopher holds a Master of Business Administration from Charleston Southern University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Excelsior University, supplemented by an Associate of Science degree from Monroe Community College.
