Gerald Bialek

Mr. Bialek joined Century in August 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Century, Mr. Bialek served in increasingly responsible positions at Ford Motor Company, Amcor Rigid Plastics and Johnson Controls, including his most recent roles as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President and Treasurer at Cooper Tire & Rubber Company. Mr. Bialek received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his M.B.A. from Oakland University.
