Jill Switzer

Jill Switzer started their career at Kentucky Wesleyan College as a Staff Accountant before moving on to Century Aluminum. At Century Aluminum, Jill has held various titles including Payroll Specialist, Business Control Analyst, and Director of Benefits, Compensation & HRIS. Throughout their roles, Jill has demonstrated leadership in ensuring compliance with internal controls, managing relationships with auditors, and implementing process improvements to support operational and financial performance. Jill holds a B.S. in Accounting from Kentucky Wesleyan College.
