Kirk Shearn

Kirk Shearn is an experienced maintenance professional with a diverse background in leadership and planning roles within the manufacturing and aluminum industries. Currently serving as Maintenance Superintendent at Commonwealth Aluminum Lewisport, LLC since March 2023, Kirk previously held multiple positions at Century Aluminum from May 2020, including Planned Maintenance General Supervisor and Maintenance Supervisor. Kirk's earlier experience includes roles such as Maintenance Planner & Scheduler at Sazerac Company, CALP Maintenance Planner at Aleris, and various maintenance positions at AK Steel and Waupaca Foundry. Kirk holds a Bachelor's of Science in Systems Management from Western Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Industrial Electrician from Owensboro Community and Technical College.
