Aiser Aaron Sarria Sirias

Aiser Aaron Sarria Sirias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and construction industries. Currently serving as Country Manager for CONDOR GOLD PLC since October 2017, Aiser leads mining projects and manages multiple environmental permits while also fulfilling roles such as president of the board of directors for local companies and legal representation in Nicaragua. Prior to this, Aiser held several managerial positions at B2Gold Corp., overseeing open pit and underground mining operations and construction projects, including tailings storage facilities. Aiser's background includes significant operational management roles in industrial complexes and concrete businesses with CEMEX and a diverse range of construction and research projects. Aiser holds a Civil Engineering degree and postgraduate degrees in Mining, Mines and Materials Engineering and Project Formulation and Evaluation.
