Adam Ruonala has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and business development. Adam has held various positions in different companies, including Century Arms as Vice President of Marketing And Business Development, Electric Guard Dog as National Marketing Director, HawkLaw as Chief Marketing Officer, Palmetto State Armory as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, Ben Arnold Beverage Company as On Premise Sales & Marketing, Wild Wing Cafe as Marketing and Promotions Director, and Clear Channel Radio as Sales and On-air Personality. Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated their expertise in creating and managing marketing plans, increasing brand awareness, implementing growth strategies, and forming successful partnerships. Adam has also gained experience in sales and on-air production.

Adam Ruonala began their education at North Carolina Wesleyan University in 2001, but did not complete a degree or declare a field of study during their time there. Adam later attended the University of South Carolina from 2002 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing and Management.
