Natalie Dustman

Natalie Dustman is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily development and construction management. Currently serving as Managing Director at Century Communities, Inc. since July 2021, Natalie's responsibilities encompass overseeing the multifamily development team throughout the entire project lifecycle. Previously, Natalie's roles included Vice President of Development and Director of Development at McWHINNEY, where large-scale multifamily projects were managed from land acquisition to stabilization. With a strong foundation as the Founder and President of Proform Real Estate Investment Services, Natalie's leadership spanned a portfolio of over 1,000 properties, while earlier experiences involved financial consulting and outdoor leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver and a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with a focus on Business and Environmental Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
