A PEO industry founder, Celeste has over 3 decades of operational, financial, insurance, sales, and regulatory expertise. The founder of PEM, an industry leader sold to a Fortune 500 firm. She is the former Chair of the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation (DBPR) Board of Employee Leasing Companies, serving 17 years. A founder and former President of, with 11 years of service to, the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations (FAPEO) and Board Member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
