Darrin Fedder

Darrin J Fedder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is the visionary behind CEOHR, Inc., bringing decades of experience to his role. As the President and Partner of the company Professional Employee Management, Fedder used his expertise and experience to build PEM from three internal employees and four clients to one of the most successful PEO’s in the history of the industry. PEM was sold in 1997 to The Wackenhut Corporation (TWC) having grown to over 150 internal employees. PEM was TWC’s largest acquisition in its history.

After the sale of PEM, he has served as a board member and private equity investor in various start-ups as well as established companies. He developed commercial properties in multiple states which he still manages.
