Melissa McKibben has extensive experience in human resources and payroll operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Payroll Operations at Century Golf since June 2006, where Melissa has also held positions as Vice President, Director, and Payroll Operations Manager. Prior to this, Melissa worked as Human Resources-Payroll Director at Trinity Hospice Castle Peak from 2003 to 2007, and served as HR Director at Exhibit Dynamics from April 2001 to June 2003. Additional experience includes roles as HR Manager at BKM Total Office of Texas/Re-Creations (2000-2003) and Human Resources Generalist at Barrett Burke Wilson (1996-2000). Melissa holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
