Ron Blair

Ron Blair started their work experience in 1993 as a Senior Management Consultant at Peterson Consulting LP, where they provided consulting services to financial institutions and government agencies. In 1997, they worked as an Account Executive at Robert Half Management Resources. From 1999, they served as the President & Chief Operating Officer at Century Group International. Throughout their career, they held various roles as a member of the Board of Directors for organizations such as Glendale Memorial Health Foundation, Prototypes, and Entrepreneurs' Organization. Most recently, they served as a member of the School Site Council at Palos Verdes Peninsula High School from 2017 to 2019.

Ron Blair received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Redlands.
