Bernard D. Artates

Bernard D. Artates has extensive experience in architectural design and management, currently serving as President of Azure North Condominium Corporation since October 2022 and Vice President of Century City Estate Association since May 2016. As Architectural Design Manager at Century Properties Inc. since October 2010, Bernard oversees projects from the Concept Stage to Construction Documentation, ensuring compliance and coordination among various stakeholders. In addition to these roles, Bernard has been a member of the Board of Directors for both The Gramercy Residence and Azure Urban Resort Residences since June 2014. Previously, Bernard was a Senior Project Architect at Leandro V. Locsin Partners from November 1996 to October 2010, where responsibilities included preparing concept studies, 3D renderings, and construction details.
