Eric Lancy has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Eric currently works as an Academy Coach at Century Soccer Club. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Healthcare Economic Consultant at UnitedHealth Group. Eric also has experience as an Academy Coach at Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC. Before entering the sports industry, Eric worked as a Systems Analyst - Expert at UPMC and as a Provider Data Consultant at UnitedHealth Group. Eric began their career as a Sr. Financial Analyst/Third Party Audit Coordinator at West Penn Allegheny Health System.

Eric Lancy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from PennWest California, which they obtained by the year 2000. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1999, they attended California University of PA, where they pursued Accounting and Finance. Additionally, Eric has obtained several certifications, including a C License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in September 2021 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from UPMC in February 2018.
