Jennifer Dashnau

Jennifer Dashnau, PhD, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in analytical development and quality control, currently serving as Vice President at Century Therapeutics, Inc. Since 2019, Jennifer has established and led a high-performing team responsible for assay development, regulatory strategy, and quality control for advanced therapy medicinal products. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various leadership positions at Merck, where responsibilities included advancing manufacturing strategy, pioneering biologics project management, and enhancing assay life-cycle management for vaccine development. Jennifer's educational background includes a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology in Technology Management, and a BS in Biotechnology, also from Rochester Institute of Technology.
