John Wheeler

John Wheeler is an accomplished professional in the field of molecular biology and biotherapeutics, currently serving as Director and previously as Associate Director at Century Therapeutics, Inc. since August 2019. Prior to this role, John Wheeler was Principal Scientist at Cogen Therapeutics, Inc. where responsibilities included leading TCR and antibody technology. John's experience at Janssen BioTherapeutics involved significant leadership in antibody discovery and optimization from May 2014 to February 2018. Earlier positions include Senior Research Scientist at both Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson and Johnson and Centocor, as well as Research Scientist at The Rothberg Institute for Childhood Diseases. John Wheeler earned a PhD in Molecular Biology from the University of Southern California and a B.S. in Molecular Genetics from The Ohio State University.
