Lindsay (Gibbons) Mercado earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Writing, Rhetoric, and Media Arts from Trinity College-Hartford in 2012. Lindsay then went on to pursue a Master of Health Science degree in Regulatory Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, completing their studies in 2019. Before attending college, Lindsay graduated from Ridge High School in 2008, obtaining their High School Diploma. In 2010, they also had a brief period of study at Curtin University.
