Nayyereh Rajaei

Nayyereh Rajaei has extensive work experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Nayyereh currently holds the position of Director, Clinical Drug Product Delivery at Century Therapeutics, Inc since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as Associate Director, Clinical Drug Product Delivery at the same company from August 2021 to September 2023.

Before joining Century Therapeutics, Nayyereh worked at Celgene for several years in various roles. Nayyereh was the Associate Director of Technology Transfer from October 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Manager and Manager in Global Manufacturing Sciences & Technology from April 2019 to October 2020 and April 2018 to April 2019, respectively.

Nayyereh started their career at Celgene as a Bioengineer II in Bioprocess Development from December 2013 to April 2018. In this role, they managed a training program for clinical site staff, led in vitro donor comparability studies, and collaborated with a third-party company for research and development purposes.

Before that, they worked as a Bioengineer I in Bioprocess Development from October 2011 to December 2013, where they established and managed a training program for clinical site staff and developed stability testing protocols for the Quality Control (QC) group.

Nayyereh also held positions as Senior Research Associate and Research Associate II in Cell Process Development at Celgene from September 2009 to October 2011 and December 2007 to September 2009, respectively. In these roles, they managed training programs, provided technical support for procedure troubleshooting, and performed tech transfers for manufacturing and QC groups. Nayyereh also developed various assays for cell therapy products.

Nayyereh Rajaei earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University in 2006. Nayyereh then went on to complete a Master of Science degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rutgers University in 2007.
