Sharon Capozzoli

Sharon Capozzoli, PHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as the HR Manager at Cenveo since January 2014. In this role, Sharon oversees daily operations across multiple locations while providing HR support to Business Partners in areas such as employee relations, performance management, payroll, benefits, and recruiting. Prior to Cenveo, Sharon held positions at Dish Network as a Human Resources Representative II, where responsibilities included supporting HR functions across multiple states, and at Keller Foundations, LLC as an HR Generalist, managing benefit programs and conducting new hire orientations. Additionally, Sharon gained HR experience at US Foodservice, focusing on worker's compensation and safety management. Educational background includes studies at Archbishop Spalding High School and Howard Community College.
