Nicole Klappholz has extensive experience in program management and software development, with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Program Manager at CENX since February 2017, Nicole has previously held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager at Genband from 2010 to August 2015. Nicole's foundational experience was gained at Nortel in Ottawa, Canada, where roles included Senior Program Manager, SW Development Manager, and SW Designer from 1989 to May 2010, as well as designing software at Bell Northern Research from 1989 to 1998.
