Roberto J. Argüello

Roberto J. Argüello has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Roberto J. has held leadership positions in various companies, starting with CEO Advisors in 2002, where they served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Managing Consultant, and Global Strategy leader. Roberto J. directed the strategic vision and operations of the company, providing C-suite support to Fortune 500 multinationals and other global corporations.

In 2007, Roberto became Chairman and Publisher of Vida y Éxito Magazine at Northern Media Group. Roberto J. played a pivotal role in defining the business strategy and editorial vision of the magazine, positioning it as a key platform for content, advertising, and communications.

Roberto also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Unity Holdings Ltd from 2012 to 2020, where they were actively involved in corporate governance and chaired the Compensation Committee. Similarly, they held multiple roles on the Board of Directors at Executive National Bank from 2000 to 2020, including Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee and Vice Chairman of the Loan Committee.

In 2001, Roberto took on the role of President and Chief Executive Officer at Satuple, Inc., overseeing the strategy and operations of the company, primarily focused on closed-circuit sports, news, and entertainment broadcasts for Hispanic-focused sports bars across the US.

Prior to these roles, Roberto served as Executive Vice President in charge of Credit Strategy and Operations at Grupo LAFISE, a major Central American banking and financial institution. Roberto J. executed growth strategies for the company's Nicaragua and Costa Rican subsidiaries.

Roberto began their career in 1979 at Northern Trust, a global financial institution, where they held the role of Vice President in Hispanic Affairs and CRA Officer. Roberto J. played a vital role in the merger and conversion of Northern Trust Interamerican Bank and Security Trust, leading to the establishment of a new national bank in the Florida market.

Throughout their career, Roberto J. Argüello has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in strategy, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and government relations across various sectors and regions.

Roberto J. Argüello's education history begins with obtaining their High School Diploma from Tennessee Military Institute in the years 1970 to 1972. Afterward, they attended The Governor's Academy in 1972 and received a Preparatory School Degree. Continuing their education, Roberto studied at the University of Notre Dame from 1973 to 1976, where they acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Economics. Finally, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing it in the years 1977 to 1979.
