Craig Coleman

Craig Coleman has over 25 years of experience in the legal and financial services industries. In 1995, they began their career as a Corporate Attorney at O'Melveny and Myers where they worked on M&A, recapitalizations, public equity offerings, syndicated leveraged borrowings, formation of corporate and non-corporate entities, and preparation of ‘34 Act reporting documents. In 1998, they joined Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates as a Corporate Attorney where they worked on M&A, private equity investments, and public equity and high-yield debt offerings. In 1999, they became COO/Partner at Rolling Oaks Enterprises, a finance company that focused on emerging companies in the Southern California region and specialized in short-term, asset-based loans, as well as minority equity investments. In 2003, they co-founded ForwardLine Financial, a company that invented and popularized a totally new type of business loan in response to the complete absence of commercial financing options for America’s Main Street businesses. In 2017, they joined CEO Coaching International as a Partner, where they help CEOs and their teams perform at their very best and achieve their business goals.

Craig Coleman attended Harvard-Westlake School from 1983 to 1989. Craig then obtained a BS in Economics from Boston College between 1989 and 1993. Finally, they obtained a JD from Georgetown University Law Center between 1993 and 1996.
