Cynthia Cleveland

Cynthia Cleveland has worked in a variety of roles since 1989. In 1989, they became a member of YPO-WPO, and was later elected incoming chair of YPO's Global Network for nearly 1,000 Female CEO Members. In 2013, they became a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, a Member of the Board of Directors for The Myers-Briggs Company, and a Member of Women Corporate Directors (WCD). In 2014, they became a Trustee for the Committee for Economic Development. In 2019, they became a Partner for CEO Coaching International. In 2020, they became a Director Board of Directors for YPO Inc. In 2021, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Trendspot Inc. Prior to this, they were the CEO of BroadLit from 2012 to 2021 and the Owner of Broadthink from 2002 to 2012.

Cynthia Cleveland obtained their MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business in the field of Marketing between 1979 and 1982. Cynthia also obtained a BS and MS in Education and Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington between 1970 and 1976. Additionally, they hold an MBA certification from the University of Southern California.
