Ramona Cappello has held a variety of roles in the business world since 2008. Ramona began their career as a member of the Young President's Organization (YPO) in 2008, where they held various chapter and international roles. In 2013, they joined the University of Southern California as a member of the Board of Councilors for the Dornsife College of Letters, Arts & Sciences, the Kaufman School of Dance, and the Board of Trustees. Ramona was also the President of the Alumni Association Board of Governors. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Sun Harvest Salt, LLC, an exclusive distributor for all-natural and low sodium sea salts. In 2015, they joined True Beverage Holdings as Chairman of the Board of Directors, where they were an Audit Committee and Compensation Committee Member before exiting at the time of a merger. In 2016, they joined Nielsen-Massey Vanillas as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2017, they joined Luxco, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Advisors. In 2018, they joined Mercury Insurance as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2019, they joined CEO Coaching International as a Partner. In 2021, they joined Domenico's Foods ~ The Cheese Store as a Member of the Board of Directors, and in 2022 they joined Felbro Food Products, Inc. as a Member of the Board of Directors.
Ramona Cappello graduated from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business with a BS in Business Administration and was the Valedictorian. Prior to that, they attended West High School.
