Linda Fontana eMBA currently serves as the Managing Director of the CEO Resource Board, a position held since January 2011, where leadership development is prioritized through collaborative and confidential peer discussions among high-performing CEOs. Additionally, Linda has been President of Find Sales Talent since June 2005, specializing in sales recruitment for the manufacturing and services sectors. Prior to these roles, Linda held various positions including Regional Director at MRSI, President of START Training Corporation, and Business Advisor at Okanagan College, all of which contributed to extensive expertise in management training, consulting, and organizational development. Linda holds an Executive MBA from The University of British Columbia and Ivey Business School at Western University.
