Vandana Vaidyanathan

Vandana Vaidyanathan currently serves as the Associate Partner at Intersect International Ltd. since April 2014 and as the CEO of CEO.works since March 2020. Additionally, Vandana holds the position of Principal Consultant at Scorpius Solutions, starting in January 2014, and previously worked as Principal at Delta, a part of Mercer from June 2010 to December 2013. Educational background includes a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Ohio State University and an MA in Applied Psychology from Delhi University.
