Adero Miwo

Adero Miwo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Member of CEOX since March 2020, Adero is dedicated to empowering women in leadership roles. Adero is also a UBS/The Fourth Effect Fellow, contributing to diversifying boardrooms and closing gender gaps in funding. As a member of Dreamers and Doers, Adero participates in a network focused on co-mentorship among female entrepreneurs. Adero founded TrubAI, an AI-enabled urban planning company, and previously held a Fellowship at Day One, supporting early-stage entrepreneurs. Adero's background includes consulting roles for organizations such as the Institute for Defense Analyses and the Millenium Villages Project, along with internships at the United Nations and the Permanent Mission of Kenya. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Affairs from Columbia University and a law degree from the University of London International.
