Emaan Mahmood is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in coaching, strategy, and program management across various industries. Currently serving as a member at CEOX, Emaan focuses on connecting qualified female candidates with executive opportunities, while also founding Zara Coaching to provide transformative coaching and consulting for leaders and organizations. Emaan has held key roles at the ACLU as an advisor and leadership coach, at Cloudflare as a strategy leader, and at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as a strategy and program management leader. Demonstrating a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, Emaan co-led the Women of Color Employee Resource Group and was instrumental in various initiatives at Credit Suisse and Coloredge. Emaan holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a professional coaching certification from iPEC, and a BA in Economics and Psychology from Rutgers University.
