Tracy Bos

Tracy Bos is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President Medicare Segment Lead at Molina Healthcare since December 2023, Tracy is also a member of CEOX, a community that empowers women in leadership roles. Previously, Tracy held the position of Vice President & General Manager of Senior Markets at Premera Blue Cross, overseeing a multimillion-dollar Medicare portfolio and advising the board of directors on strategic initiatives. Tracy's career includes leadership roles at Safeco Insurance and Symetra Financial, where contributions involved driving innovation, improving operational efficiency, and implementing Lean Six Sigma practices. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Studies from the University of Washington.
