Currently serving as the Quality and Product Safety Leader and Process Improvement Leader at Cepac Limited since January 2004, Richard has a proven track record in ensuring product quality and enhancing operational processes. Prior to this, Richard worked as a Customer Service Representative at Ventura from June 2003 to January 2004 and held a managerial position at William Hill from April 1993 to June 2003. Educational background includes attendance at Hinde House.
