Georgios Kozyrakis

Georgios Kozyrakis is a Senior Data Scientist at Cepal Hellas Financial Services S.A., with experience in designing and implementing financial tools using R, Python, and SQL since October 2020. Previously, Georgios held senior data scientist roles at Velti, focusing on machine learning algorithms, data extraction, and A/B testing, and worked as a data scientist at Viva Wallet. Earlier roles include statistician analyst at IRI, where solutions were built from scratch in the Innovation Department, and management of the Mathematical and Econometric Modelling department at Outsourcing SA. Georgios began the career path with earlier internships and educational grounding, culminating in a Master’s degree in Mathematical Modelling in Modern Technology and Financial Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
