Carol Stanfill

Carol Stanfill currently serves as the Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Operations for The Americas at Cepheid since December 2024. Prior to this role, Carol held various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson MedTech | Orthopaedics, including Vice President of US Commercial Joint Reconstruction, where responsibilities included sales strategy, operations, and P&L management. Additional roles included Vice President for US DPS Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Area Vice President of Sales, and Senior Director in Medical Devices and Key Account Management for Southeast Asia, among others. Carol began her career as an Associate Product Manager at OsteoMed. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing & Strategy from the SMU Cox School of Business and Executive Education in Financial Analysis from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
