Dr. Sandeep Ghai

Dr. Sandeep Ghai is an accomplished professional in the biotechnology field, currently serving as the Director of Customer Support and Service Coordination at Cepheid since December 2019. With a progressive career, Dr. Ghai has held various technical and managerial roles, including Senior Regional Technical & Customer Support Manager and Senior Manager-Technical Customer Support at Cepheid, as well as a Senior Manager-Projects at Siemens Healthineers. Prior experience includes significant positions at QIAGEN, where roles spanned from Associate Principal Scientist to Technical Support Scientist, and as a Field Application Scientist at Premas Life Sciences Pvt Ltd. Dr. Ghai holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the National Dairy Research Institute and a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from Kurukshetra University.
