Jen Donahue

Jen Donahue is a seasoned leader in Human Factors Engineering and Industrial Design, currently serving as Senior Director at Cepheid since December 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing a skilled team focused on usability and design excellence for all products. Prior to this role, Jen held positions at Beckman Coulter as a Staff Systems/Human Factors and Usability Engineer, contributing expert knowledge to new product development through user research and risk mitigation, and at Zodiac Aerospace and Boeing, enhancing inflight entertainment systems and crew station designs. Jen also has a background in Human Factors Research at the Air Force Research Laboratory and has experience in psychoeducational instruction through work with the Save the Family Foundation of Arizona. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Factors - Human Systems Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Psychology from Northern Arizona University.
