Natalie Cheung

Natalie Cheung has extensive experience in medical affairs and technical support within the biotechnology and medical device sectors. Since March 2014, Natalie has served as a Complaint Investigator at Cepheid, building upon previous roles including Technical Support Specialist II. Prior experience includes a position at Quidel Corporation, where Natalie responded to technical inquiries and facilitated customer complaint investigations, and at Life Technologies, where production and quality analysis of reagents were conducted. Early in the career, as a Lab Assistant II at the Salk Institute, Natalie was involved in significant genetic research projects, contributing to publications in prominent scientific journals. Natalie Cheung holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from UC San Diego.
