Peter Vrtacnik

Peter Vrtacnik has an extensive background in pharmacy and biomedical research, with a Master's degree in Pharmacy and a PhD in Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Biomedicine from the University of Ljubljana. Vrtacnik's professional experience includes serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Karolinska Institutet from September 2015 to August 2020, where research was the primary focus. Prior to this role, Vrtacnik worked as a Young Researcher and Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Ljubljana, contributing significantly to research and mentoring students. Additionally, Vrtacnik briefly held a position as a Pharmacist at Pharmacy Dravlje in 2010. Currently, Vrtacnik is a Failure Investigation Scientist at Cepheid, starting in September 2020.
