Yann Droneau

Yann Droneau is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global consolidation and intercompany accounting. Currently serving as Global Intercompany Accounting Manager at Cepheid since May 2012, Yann manages the essential functions within the Consolidation & Reporting Department, providing support for global finance initiatives. Previously, as Senior Accounting Manager at Cepheid, Yann oversaw a portfolio of six EMEA legal entities, focusing on general accounting, tax matters, and auditing processes while leading a team of Senior GL accountants. Prior roles include Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant in a Shared Service Center, as well as experience as a Contrôleur de Gestion at Aéroport de Toulouse Blagnac and as an Accountant at Alpha-MOS. Educational qualifications include multiple Master’s degrees in Management, Audit, Finance, and Control, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Dundee Business School.
