Jakob Cramer

Jakob Cramer is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in clinical development and tropical medicine. Currently serving as the Head of Clinical Development at CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), Jakob has previously held the position of Medical Director at Takeda and has led the Section of Tropical Medicine at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf. As the Founder and Head of the Bernhard Nocht Centre for Clinical Trials at the Bernhard Nocht Institute for Tropical Medicine, Jakob has significantly contributed to clinical research. Furthermore, Jakob has been involved as a Physician and Scientist at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf since July 2013, where Jakob advanced to the role of Senior Physician (Oberarzt).
