Kristine Rose is an accomplished professional in the field of public health and vaccine research, currently serving as Program Lead for Mpox and R&D Chief of Staff at CEPI since October 2019. In this role, Kristine oversees R&D strategy and analytics and manages key partnerships and engagements. Previously, Kristine held positions at King’s College London as a Programme Manager and at PATH as an Epidemiology Consultant and Public Health Scientist Consultant, where critical work on enterotoxigenic E. coli and vaccine development was conducted. Early career experiences include research roles at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, focusing on child survival and maternal health. Kristine earned a Masters of Public Health in Global Health from Johns Hopkins and a BS in Biology from New Mexico State University.
