David Jaeger

David Jaeger is a Professor of Economics at the University of St Andrews and a Research Fellow at both the Centre for Economic Policy Research and IZA - Institute of Labor Economics, where involvement has continued since 1998. David Jaeger held the role of Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research from April 2012 to November 2020 and served as a Professor at The Graduate Center, City University of New York from September 2008 to August 2020. David Jaeger also has experience as a visiting professor at the University of Cologne and previously served as Associate Professor at the College of William and Mary and Hunter College. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in Economics from Williams College, alongside a Level 3 Award in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust obtained in 2018.
