Yu Zheng is a Reader and Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London since August 2018 and has served as a Research Affiliate at the Centre for Economic Policy Research since December 2018. Prior experience includes holding the position of Assistant Professor at City University of Hong Kong from August 2011 to August 2018, as well as serving as a Visiting Fellow and Max Weber Fellow at the European University Institute from September 2015 to July 2017. Yu Zheng earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis between 2006 and 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Fudan University, completed in 2006.
