Kabya Shree Borgohain

Kabya Shree Borgohain is a visiting faculty member at CEPT University, specializing in teaching Service Design Studio within the department of design since August 2023. As the founder of Otenga Initiatives Pvt Ltd since 2016, Kabya has also held various roles, including User Research and Strategic Design Associate at Matra Design Thinking and AI, Strategic Design Consultant at BY DESIGNER, and Design Researcher for industry projects at the National Institute of Design. Additional experience includes serving as a Strategy Consultant at WeBe Design Lab, Brand Strategy Consultant for Soham Dave, and Design Management Consultant for JK Masale, where Kabya played a key role in establishing an in-house design studio. Earlier experience includes a position as a Trend Analyst at India Connection Impex Pvt. Ltd. Kabya holds an M.Des in Strategic Design Management from the National Institute of Design and a B.Des in Accessory Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, along with ongoing studies in Ergonomics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati.
